NHTI, Concord’s Community College, will host a day long conference on “Mindfulness in Society” on September 8, 2018. Nationally known speakers Congressman Tim Ryan (D-OH), Sharon Salzberg, Charlie Hartwell, Richard Brady and Margaret Fletcher will speak and hold workshops on the integration of mindfulness with meditation, politics, education and business. Lisa Flynn of Yoga 4 Classrooms will offer Mindful Movement sessions during breaks.
The conference is offered in partnership with Tufts Health Freedom Plan and Yoga 4 Classrooms.
