Franklin Savings Bank Announces Staff Promotions

Franklin Savings Bank announced today the promotions of Deborah J. Clapp to AVP, Senior Credit Analyst, and Dorothy J. Savery to Corporate Secretary, Executive & HR Assistant.


Clapp joined the bank in August 2012 as a Senior Credit Analyst in the commercial lending department.  In her role, she is responsible for underwriting commercial loans to assist lenders with making sound credit decisions. Clapp has over 18 years of experience in banking with over 13 of those years spent in credit analysis. 


“Debbie has been a tremendous asset to our credit department since she joined the bank,” said Ron Magoon, President & COO. “Her dedication and unwavering commitment to delivering timely underwriting decisions is a testament to her experience and is appreciated by our commercial lenders.” 


Next, Savery will assume the role of Corporate Secretary after having served as Assistant Corporate Secretary since October of 2012. Savery joined the Bank in December 2005 as HR & Executive Assistant. She has a background in administration which serves the bank well in her current position.
