Franklin Savings Bank announced today that Heather Capraro recently joined the organization as AVP, Retail Sales and Business Development Officer. Capraro will work closely with the retail division to provide coaching for various sales initiatives as well as the Bank’s business development units to develop and maintain business relationships.

Capraro has 21 years of experience in banking having previously worked for Granite Bank (2011 – 2015) in areas of sales training and business development, and Citizens Bank (1999 – 2011) in business development and branch management positions.
Capraro has a degree in business administration from Massasoit College
located in Boston, Mass. She is also an
active participant in the community. She
has volunteered her time with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, is currently Vice
President of the Board of Directors for Hearts for Kindness and is an ambassador
for the Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce.
A resident of Concord, Capraro enjoys spending time with her family
in Wells, ME, in addition to hiking, reading and gardening.
