Franklin Savings Bank recognized three employees for their commitment to going ‘above and beyond’ in their respective roles to earn its customers’ business. This year’s recipients of a Vision Award are Leisha Havey, Kathleen Glover and Anna Offen.

Leisha Havey, loan servicing specialist, was nominated for a Vision Award for her expertise and in-depth knowledge of the Bank’s loan origination system, her accuracy and attention to detail, as well as her initiative to follow through. She has often received praise for her ability to identify problems as well as come up with solutions to remedy them.

According to Melissa Mansfield, VP, retail lending & loan operations, “Leisha goes above and beyond for her customers in both attitude and aptitude. She comes to work every day with a great attitude and will offer her assistance to anyone who needs it.”

Next, Kathleen Glover is a personal banker at the Bank’s main office in downtown Franklin. She was selected for a Vision Award for her dedication to teamwork, respect and innovation. She has evolved into a dedicated team leader and understands that a team must work together to be successful. She fosters good interpersonal relationships through her understanding and empathy. In addition, Kathleen is an advocate of change and always looks for better ways to assist customers as well as improve efficiencies within her department.

“Kathleen has developed into one of the most dedicated and engaged members of the retail staff at the main office,” said Julie Buker, branch operations officer. “She continues to strive for personal growth as well as the development of her team. Further, she faces new challenges with a positive attitude and open mind.”

Anna Offen, regional branch manager, was chosen for a Vision Award for her leadership abilities. She teaches her staff what it means to work together to accomplish goals. She celebrates her team’s successes as her own and helps them overcome challenges. Anna is a ‘big picture’ thinker and is always looking for ways to bring people together.

According to Julie Buker, branch operations officer, “Anna accepts new challenges with confidence and excitement which motivates her team to do the same. Her dedication and leadership make her an excellent candidate for this prestigious award.”
