Join the New Hampshire Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors Association (NHADACA), the leading provider of continuing education for addiction professionals in the state, on Friday, April 27 for a fun night of cribbage at their Concord offices on 130 Pembroke Road. Doors open at 4:30 pm with play to begin at 5 pm; $20 per person to play, groups of 4 can play for $60. The event is limited to 40 participants; registration is encouraged. To register, email traininginstitute@nhadaca.org or call (603) 225-7060.

The tournament will have two levels, beginner and advanced, with cash prizes for winners at both levels. Light refreshments will be served. All proceeds will benefit NHADACA, a non-profit organization that provides affordable training for New Hampshire’s substance abuse prevention, treatment and recovery workforce.

NHADACA’s goal is to use education and advocacy to enhance the knowledge and skills of addiction professionals, increase awareness of addiction issues in New Hampshire, and promote programs and policies that ensure access to high quality services for New Hampshire citizens struggling with addiction. Last year, they conducted 85 trainings for 2,433 participants from New Hampshire, Vermont and Massachusetts.
