Alliance Welcomes New Property Manager

Alliance Asset Management is pleased to announce that Marcia M. Franklin, of Manchester, NH, has been appointed to the position of regional property manager. 

Franklin brings an impressive background and experience to the Alliance Asset Management team. Most recently, she worked as an Affordable Housing Compliance Consultant. Additionally, she has served as director of leased housing for the Cambridge Housing Authority in Massachusetts, where she was responsible for close to 4,000 tenants and project based vouchers and managed a staff of more than twenty. Her career also included Director of Rental Assistance to Community Teamwork in Lowell, as well as Asset Manager for the New Hampshire Housing Finance Authority and MassHousing.
