Principals at Nathan Wechsler & Company, P.A., Kirk Leoni and Bill Beauchesne will present at the Service Credit Union’s Exit Strategy Workshop on September 23 in Concord, NH. Business owners seeking feedback on growing the value of their company are encouraged to attend. The workshop will feature presentations on finance and business, and best practices for financially preparing a company for future growth. The event will be held at the Red River Theater in Concord, NH from 9am to 1pm.

Leoni provides consulting on succession
planning to business owners and managers and specializes in manufacturing,
construction, nonprofits, mergers and acquisitions, employee stock ownership
plans and due diligence services. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business
Administration from the University of Massachusetts, Isenberg School of
Business. He is extremely active in the community and serves as board member
and treasurer for the Canterbury Shaker Village and Child and Family Services,
board member of the Tillotson Corporation, finance committee member of the
Concord Chamber of Commerce and mentor for the Hoffman-Haas Fellowship. Leoni received the Volunteer
Service Award from the Governor of New Hampshire in 2012 and the New Hampshire
Board Impact Award from the New Hampshire Center for Non-profits in 2014. He is
a 2009 graduate of Leadership New Hampshire.
Beauchesne guides new and existing partners of LLC’s through allocations and tax changes and specializes in real estate entities, pass-through entity taxation, tax compliance and consulting, and high net worth individual taxation. He earned Bachelor of Science degrees in both Accounting and Management Information Systems from Boston College and his Master of Science degree in Taxation from Northeastern University. Beauchesne serves as treasurer and director of the Exeter Area Chamber of Commerce, is a member of the Chamber’s Economic Development Committee and a member of the NH Investment Real Estate Roundtable Committee. He received the President’s Award for exceptional service to the Manchester Historic Association in 2008 and is a 2009 graduate of the Greater Manchester Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program.
