We are seeking a vibrant leader to provide clinical guidance, supervision and support of our Behavioral Health team at Spaulding Youth Center.
The Clinical Supervisor will work in tandem with the Clinical Director to provide an environment that is specialized and dynamic. We are looking for someone who can lead in a way that is inclusive and creative and work with a variety of departments, both in-house and with stakeholders across the state.
There are personnel, clinical and administrative components to the position so applicants must be a flexible thinker, able to transfer clinical skills to a residential and school environment, and be a beacon of guidance for our teams.
