The Works Café offers humanely-raised, naturally cured meats and poultry with no antibiotics or added hormones; local eggs from cage-free chickens and hormone and antibiotic-free milk and cream cheese from Vermont family farms. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches made on artisan breads or traditional boiled-and-baked bagels made with unbleached, un-bromated flour. Fresh salads, hearty soups, fresh-fruit smoothies and Rainforest Alliance Certified coffees are also available. All ingredients are thoughtfully sourced and local, when possible. Eat in, take out and catering are available. Open daily 6a-8p.
