Demonstrating creativity and attention to detail, the graphic design and marketing specialist is responsible for creating, implementing, and maintaining compelling design solutions and content for branding that supports the mission of the organization, fundraising, and programming. This role will be integral in the design and implementation of marketing efforts for our social media and web presence, as well as print, direct mail, email automation, videography, and photography.
This is a great position for a creative person who thrives in a fast paced environment, understands the importance of attention to detail, and has experience in project management. They must be talented in visual design, email automation marketing, social media execution, print mediums, and direct mail. Duties will include creating, updating, and implementing compelling design solutions and for branding of the organization, its programs, and fundraising strategy in all marketing mediums to include: print, email automation, website content, social media, photography, and video.

= Design, execute, and measure marketing campaigns including Pardot email automation, website content, social media, and small-and-large- scale print and mail materials.
= Manage the agency’s social media presence, paid and unpaid, by creating and designing relevant content, analyzing page insights and making adjustments based on results by promoting the organization, its programming and successes and fundraising activities.
= Edit and update agencies website(s) including graphics and ongoing content management; download, analyze and review website analytics; monitor and report on SEO; and other marketing initiatives and activities
= Update, maintain determined quantity levels, and order print inventory of standard agency materials
= Coordinate and project manage vendors on printing projects, monitor budget adherence and quality assurance
= Assist with photography for use in marketing activities, sign out/in of camera equipment
= Responsible for graphic design and photo/video editing for use in digital and print media
= Assist with fundraising events as necessary; including advertising, collateral, photography, etc.
