Applicants must be reliable, energetic and have a high level of personal integrity. The ability to work autonomously, as well as with a team is key. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential and flexibility is required.

The case manager responsibilities will include assessing treatment needs, develop, monitor and evaluate treatment plans. Provide weekly face-to-face contacts in the home or community and assist the client and their family in accessing needed services and coordinating care among multiple service providers. This role may require client/family transportation, attendance at court hearings and other meetings as they pertain to the case.

This position requires a bachelor degree in social work, psychology, education or related field, with an emphasis on human services, and 2 years of experience working with youth and families is required. Crisis and behavioral management certifications are required, but can be obtained through SYC training programs.

Primary responsibility for this Residential Assistant role is to provide direct care and supervision to students during non-school hours. These roles will assist the students as they transition into their daily routines.
