Our residential team at Spaulding Youth Center is seeking individuals who want to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
We have residential assistant – awake overnight openings available. This role supports behaviorally-challenged students, ages 5-21 years old, with neurological impairments including autism, intellectual disabilities, emotional disorders and those who have experienced significant trauma, abuse or neglect.
Established in 1871, Spaulding Youth Center is a leading provider of academic, residential, therapeutic and foster care programs and services for children and youth with neurological, emotional, behavioral, learning and developmental challenges. Located in Northfield, NH, surrounded by nearly 500 acres of beautiful woods, fields and mountain vistas, the campus offers a safe, supportive and intensely therapeutic environment for students to discover a love of learning while also gaining study, social, independent living, and vocational skills.
