Description:  
Spaulding Academy & Family Services is seeking health professionals to work full time or part time with our students on campus. Our schedule is flexible but we are seeking individuals who have availability for at least 2 Sundays per month and afternoon/evening shifts. On-call responsibilities are shared among all staff.

Positions available are:

= Registered Nurse (RN)

= Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

= Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

= Medication Nursing Assistant (MNA)

Overall duties will include medication administration and monitoring, assessments for illness, general first aid, and lots of temperature checks for fevers as we continue to be COVID-free on our campus. There are also several opportunities to provide education to families, staff and students.

Experience with pediatric, psychiatric and neurobehavioral concerns are a must. Prior experience working in an academic setting, long-term care or a pediatric medical setting is most desired. Applicants must possess an active New Hampshire RN, LPN, LNA or MNA license (or certification).

Requirements for this role include:
Minimum of ten years of related experience; preferably working with families, their children and adolescents with autism, neurobehavioral challenges, behavioral and emotional disorders, and/or developmental disabilities;
Master’s degree in a clinical field such as social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, guidance counseling, or a degree which would make one eligible for a license from the NH Board of Mental Health Practice or NH Board of Psychologists;
Possess an active State of NH clinical license within a clinical field noted above;
Advanced knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) preferred, and implementation of ABA-based programming a plus;
Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) a plus;
Relevant work experience and/or experience with similar population strongly preferred; Extensive programmatic and clinical training experience needed;
Experience in developing or overseeing compliance programs, writing policy and procedures, and associated training program development a plus;
Strong analytical skills with focus on data-driven decision making (DDDM);
Excellent communication skills and substantial leadership experience is required.

Primary responsibility of the Residential Assistant is to provide direct care and supervision to students during the non-school hours. Family Worker
Description:  
Spaulding Academy & Family Services has two full-time Family Worker/Social Worker opportunities available on our clinical team.

The first is for a Family Worker/Social Worker. This position is the point of contact for families and collateral team members to the youths we serve in all of our Clinical, Academic and Residential programs. This position provides critical communication to families, team members and the youth in their treatment and goals be it reunification, placement in less restrictive or psychoeducation.

Additional responsibilities include
Supporting other assigned staff in the implementation of treatment plan recommendations and behavior support plans;
Work with behavior specialist in gathering relevant data, identifying appropriate goals for treatment, appropriately communicating that data through the use of graphs, reports, and related formats;
Use a data-based decision-making model to guide treatment and practice decisions;
Understand and facilitate staff concepts for evidence based practices, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support (PBIS), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and applied behavioral analysis (ABA);
Focus efforts on permanency and family-centered approaches which values and facilities family involvement and training;
Participate in various meetings on and off grounds to include team meetings, court hearings, FAIR meetings, and staff meetings;
Attend and participate in weekly supervision;
Provide consultation to staff and collaterals as needed, as guided by the clinician/therapist;
Complete all paperwork within the timelines expected according to policy and procedures and/or regulatory statutes;
Participate in at least one campus-wide committee;
Participate in “Resource on Call” rotation as support for parents and staff in response to crisis situations;
Complete assigned trainings within timelines provided by supervisor;
Maintain functional information on all cases at Spaulding to help support coworkers, students and families in emergency or when others are taking time off.
The second position is a Family Worker/School opportunity. This role provides case management and psychoeducation to the students and their families that we serve, as well as communication between families and outside agencies and treatment providers. This role will work closely with the clinical and academic staff in order to provide a wrap-around service to the families. Family Workers are at the center of our services and play an integral role in coordinating care and interactions with the entire team.

Our Food Services team is responsible for providing over 400 meals per day to our students, staff and guests. Together, the Food Services team creates healthy and nourishing food, often tailored to specific dietary needs of the students on campus. The Food Services Associate supports the safe and timely delivery of food to all those on campus and is specifically responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards. The Food Services Associate also ensures the dish washing area is clean, safe and sanitary. The Food Services Associate will have some food preparation responsibilities ~ specifically preparing our fresh salad bar. While Food Services Associate duties are specific to dish washing and keeping all serving and cooking tools and surfaces clean and organized, our team cross trains all positions. Based on this, the Food Services Associate may also act as a Front Line Server for our students and staff, be responsible for restocking supplies in the kitchen and walk-in cooler, and be involved in receiving, recording and stocking food deliveries.

The successful Food Services Associate candidate will:
