Systems Engineering, founded in 1988 and based in Portland, Maine, is expanding the company and opening an office in Manchester, New Hampshire, due to increased demand for its services in the state and the surrounding regions. The new office employs six staff members and supports the company’s historic trend of healthy and consistent workforce growth.
